Refunds and Exchanges
Order with confidence -- if you'd like to return or exchange an item, simply notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds/credits will be issued once the item has been received in resalable condition. Special orders (such as non-standard sizes) are final sale, but if you are unhappy for any reason please let us know so we can do our best to correct the situation.
